Was with a sky journalist who was on the phone to Slaven Bilic this afternoon. Not going to happen.

Some whispers of a certain Paul Jewell being interviewed though...But by all accounts Curbishley is a done deal.
 
Curbishley looks done and dusted, with maybe a press conference on Friday.

Thought it would be good having Curbishley at Upton Park, the majority of us fans are still sorry to see Pardew gone and feel the board didn't give him enough time needed.

I'm sure the one million pound compensation has soften the blow for Alan P! :D
 
I think Curbs would be the ideal choice for the 'ammers and it'll be interesting to see how the Argies would get on with him, while they're still there that is.

Have to feel sorry for Pards though, but with a big backer, results are necessary.
 
It's done, press conference has happened and Mr Curbs is now a happer hammer!! :)

Again I feel sorry for Pardew for what has happened but now us Hammer Supporters have to look forward and that hopefully we'll move up the table, starting with beating Man Utd Sunday :D
 
i think curbishley will do a great job at west ham, im a bit disappointed cos id of loved to have seen him been given the boro job at xmas when southgate gets the boot :p

but it will be interesting to see what he does with the two argies :D
