Possibly a stupid question but!
I received a replacement HD yesterday for my overheating 250GB one, once ive transferred everything onto the new one i have to send the old one back to WD.
But where do i send it to, as the box the new one came in was from Hungary.
Do i send it back to a UK address or back to where this one came from ? :confused:

It's in the email WD sent you when you set up the RMA as well as within your WD account (sign in using the RMA number and and the tel. number you used when registering with WD).

Address is in Germany IIRC.

Give WD a shout on 0031204467651 if you have lost the adress.

via TNT it will cost £54. I know this because i just sent one back for the company i work for.

mine cost £8.50 recorded today, would have been £5 if i didn't use recorded and just sent it normally

If you went to the post office you couldve sent it much cheaper. Obviously though, the company you work for has far too much money and is looking for ways to get rid of it.
