What a complete wally

A bit odd...

The ladies I used to work with tried to cut my sugar intake down. They got me from 2 sugars in my tea to 1 but whenever they went as far as 0 it'd be met with "Eugh, did you sugar that?" They soon learned.

he's probably got a dart board with your face in the middle at home, because of the kilo's of sugar he's had to take in to keep you happy :p

Perfectly normal British behaviour.

:)

Away with you. It isn't perfectly normal, if you don't have the moral fortitude to be able to refuse sugar in your tea/coffee then life must be a constant struggle. I could just about understand drinking tea or coffee once if someone had added it without asking so as not to cause too much offence but after that I'd be damn sure to let them know.

Should have Smacked her in the Mouth She'd have learned quicker.

Maybe he doesn't mind if it has sugar or not. Maybe thats why he never said anything before?
:)

this one causes more problems in the workplace that you'd believe

At home i'm quite happy to drink my tea or coffee completely black or with any reasonably sensible amount of milk or sugar in them, but i've found that if someone offers to make you a drink, giving them the choice just stumps them :D

Blokey on my team at work sits opposite me and I get the coffees in every now and then. Since I've worked here I've always put sugar in his coffee. Today the new girl got the coffees in and asked if he wants sugar and he said no thanks.

I said 'huh but I always put sugar in your coffee' to which he said 'but I'm too polite to tell you otherwise' in case I got offended, so I've been putting sugar in his drinks for over a year and he never said a word.

How odd is that?

Ever asked him if he wants sugar?

I was calling a bloke at work John when his name was Ian. Never told me otherwise until someone pointed it out around a month later. A bloke has also been calling me Alan when I'm called Al. Can't be fussed to correct him tbh:p

Al (or is that Alan?)

the guy could have just been very shy and not wanting to offend you but you know the guy better since you work with him :)
