What are these black spots? Nikon D610

there has been recalls on that camera for oil and crap on sensor

EDIT : seems to be mainly d600 but people complaining about d610

Thanks, yeah the D600 had oil issues on the sensor but the D610 supposed to have fixed that :confused:

Fortunately it looks like I just have dust on the image, likely due to changing the lens a few dozen times over 4 years.
Although, if my D610 did have a manufacturing fault I don't know where I'd stand after 4 years.
I'm taking it a local repair shop next week to get the sensor & mirror cleaned for £30, I'll ask them about the state of the inside too.

It looks like something has been going on inside & I can even see lots of dust in there.

That mirror is really filthy, is that on the sensor too? Does look like something liquid has got inside

As far as I can tell there are just dust spots on the sensor, although I swear pictures taken lately with the same lens/aperture/light are not as sharp as they used to be.

Lehmann's in Stoke do a same day cleaning service, takes around 2 hours and was £65 last time I had it done.
