Just stating the obvious and who in their right minds see's boobs and doesn't enjoy (well OKAY within reason)

Writing out some Christmas Cards and decided to have a listen to some of the music my mum used to play when she would write them out (although I decided to give the Rolf Harris a miss).
I remember the songs but somehow the actual lyrics of the stuff the Liverpool Spinners were singing in the 60's/70's passed me by.
It's quite nostalgic listening to the MP3's I ripper for her around 20 years ago

Jeff Wayne's War of the Worlds - the 2006 Live Tour.
To my ears at least, this far, far better than all the other Live concert versions with Liam Neeson, Marty Pellow, Jason Donovan etc which, despite being a far better visual "stage performance" sound noticeably worse with fluffed notes everywhere. One issue I've always had though, even with the OG 1978 record, is that I don't think the 2nd half is anywhere near as good as the first half! I mean I can listen to the first half on repeat for days on end but within minutes of the 2nd half starting, despite it having a few "good" songs, it just doesn't grab me that much, and by the time we get to the Artillery man singing Brave New World I'm out.
