What are your 'must have' pieces of software?

After fresh install I always install:
Firefox+Thunderbird
Antivirus
and then I install the rest when I need to use for the first time:
Office
Steam+other games
Skype
video codecs
and the rest as needed.

Nod32
COMODO Internet Security
Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
DVBViewer
RarmaRadio
TuneUp Utilities 2009
Ashampoo Burning Studio 9
QuickTime Alternative

Notepad2
Xampp
Recuva
Easeus Partition Master
CuteFTP
Winamp
HDTune
Avira/Avast
Malware Bytes
Spybot Search and Destroy
Firefox + Addons
Live Mail & Messenger
WinRAR

AVG
Firefox
RealVNC
Nero
Winamp
Spotify (new to the list!)
WinRAR
Microsoft Office
WoW
Steam

Not too many actually... few essentials :)

Foxit Reader
Tag and Rename
VLC
MagicDisc
ImgBurn
WinRAR
Free Download Manager

Thats about it :) I do tend to like cpuz kicking about too!

Firefox
VLC
7-zip
Notepad++
Putty
Filezilla
Steam/Impulse/EADM

The very first thing I do on a fresh Windows is install Firefox.. I can't abide using IE to download new drivers/apps and whatnot :p

For me it would be:

Opera
WAMP Server
Notepad++
Thunderbird
Feed Demon
Skype
Windows Live Messenger
Google Earth
Winrar
Kaspersky Internet Security

Notepad++
Firefox
7zip
FFDShow
Foobar2000
uTorrent
Sabnzbd
GB-PVR (my PC is also a PVR :o)
TortoiseSVN

Firefox
Office
MemoQ (work related)
WMP 11
Trados (work related)
uTorrent
Deja-VuX (work related)
Steam
Ad Aware
Kaspersky
Filezilla (work related)
WinRAR
Skype

I absolutely have to have all the above before I can do anything productive. One day I'll get round to using nLite or maybe even saving an image so I can reinstall instantly ...
