What basic necessity are missing from your car!

Who can top this:

* A cigarette lighter

* A clock :eek:

* Front fog lights

* Rev counter

* Power steering

* Central locking

* Automatic choke

* Trip counter

* a 5th gear

* Black seatbelts

* Temperature or oil guage

* Rear speakers of any kind

Id really love cruise control on my ST but alas it wasnt even a bloody option,some audi style cup holders would be nice as the current ones wont hold my mega large cups of coffee :p

Do any cars apart from ford have heated front windscreens? its so usefull in this weather!

Edit, i would also like a bigger fuel tank, 250 miles to a tank is another bloody annoyance, need a good 70 litre tank as opposed to the poo 45 litre tank i have now :(

Edit 2, a bigger boot for the ice would be nice too!

I remember reading that its a Ford patent and the rest of us have to use the 'wait for the engine to warm up and use your sleeve' method :(

I've been trying to figure out for the last year and a half how it moves.



Could do with some stiffer suspension, but if it had that out of the factory, with the high road noise it already has - its would basically have the discomfort of the integra and none of the good stuff (bar the engine) :)

you live at the bottom of a hill, blantently park it on the beach at low tide and then let the sea bring it back up - rinse repeat

I don't have a low level fuel light either :p But I spend my time in fuel stations refuelling anyway.. damned this heavy right foot of mine ;)
 
I can't find any of the gizmo's in the 7 series that was in the Transporter film ??? :confused: :p

I'm puzzled. :p

Otherwise, I'd say its missing a nice V12! :D

taxi drivers weapon of choice and it does not have 1 poxy cup holder, having said that out A4 which is ancient in comparison(99) has lovely damped examples) total overkill but Love em :)

I got one too.
I have 205mm width on the tyres but no PAS, however it does give more feedback then an identical model with PAS.
Same for the brakes, no ABS but it saves on the bills when a sensor goes. ABS is potentially a life saver so thats my only real regret. So I upgraded them to 282mm disks instead :)

No fuel light here either, also a Rover but I can see when its in the red and I have 2 fuel tanks so what do I care anyway :p

Hardly a basic nessecity but I wouldnt mind HID because it looks such an improvement
Also I miss my mini headlight wipers from my volvo, totally unnessecery!

The backlight on my dashboard clock is gone, that bugs but Im too lazy to fix it either :o

Which is good! I never eat or drink in my car and I'd chop the arms off anyone who does so in my car :D

Probably the reason why you never find crumbs or stains layered around trim and seat sides on my cars :)

I don't think there's much missing from my car that would count as basic necessity though, it has everything I need and more though I have no idea why there are 2 lights in the glovebox..
