I like lots of breakfasts tbh, but this mornings delight of a huge great bowl of Golden Grahams drowned in ice cold full fat milk + a big cup of milky tea (no sugar thanks) is hitting the spot atm.

Love breakfast, best meal of the day.

Im loving toasted bagels with duck egg scrambled egg, a slice of gouda and pastrami ham. Usually only have it on a Saturday but its a great start to the day.

Alternatively, I go for bacon instead of the ham.

I have recently been enjoying ready brek after a gap of about 25yrs! I make breakfast for my baby daughter and decided I would give it a try- deliscious!

I am normally a porridge man.

4 eggs scrambled and toast with peanut butter, a cup of black coffee and glass of water. Have that pretty much every day when i wake up :)

I usually struggle with breakfast. I can't eat first thing and I don't like sweet things for breakfast. Full English is what I like the most, but I usually have to settle for a smoothie or if I'm doing an event I'll cram porridge in.

I only eat breakfast (well, brunch) on weekends, as I'm usually too busy to do anything, plus it's futile as whenever I have it - I still get hungry around the same time each day.

I usually just grab a skimmed milk latte at the train station, and an alpine bar if I'm feeling really peckish.

Wut? :p

I normally just have a rhubarb activia or a muller rice and maybe a banana. If I'm hungry a big bowl of bran flakes with raisins and a chopped banana hits the spot.

3 weetabix heated up warm with plenty of milk and honey stirred in. Been having that every day more or less since I was about 5!
