What breakfast makes you tick?

My favourites are probably, scrambled eggs and smoked salmon, full English and bacon and egg muffins.

I find that I'm more hungry after eating breakfast than if I don't bother!

On a normal morning, I eat Superfruity Shredded Wheat (no doubt full of sugar in the middle but hey ho)

But I do enjoy Eggs Benedict and smoked salmon and poached eggs on a muffin with hollandaise sauce.

And obviously, very occasionally, a Full English is awesome.

Strong cup of tea, milk, no sugar, obviously a given :D

Croissants or eggs in the morning with a cup of tea are the best, but if it's early I can never eat much so these are usually days off/weekend breakfasts.

I just cant stomach breakfast. Ive tried it in all its forms but the idea of eating first thing just revolts me.

Cup of coffee an hour after getting up is about the best i can do!

I usually struggle with breakfast. I can't eat first thing and I don't like sweet things for breakfast. Full English is what I like the most, but I usually have to settle for a smoothie or if I'm doing an event I'll cram porridge in.

If you don't like sweet things for breakfast, I dread to think what you make your smoothies from :D

As for me, I tend to go for a crunch style cereal with a fat free yoghurt on top. A nice cup of strong tea and a perhaps a couple of ryvita. Sometimes a couple of poached eggs on a piece of toast.

On occasion I'll skip breakfast and go for brunch like an oeuf en cocquot (see thread about what to eat when you can't eat).
