What breakfast makes you tick?

Eggy bread or an Omlette on weekends

Nesquik or toast on weekdays

Then on a special occasions a huge Bacon & Cheese sandwich

if im working il either grab a chicken salad baguette from the deli or if we go in the cafe i tend to get 2 sausages beans n chips (sometimes with a fried slice Mmm)
if im not working i usualy skip brekkie and have something around lunchtime, preseeded by stella :D

Porridge. 5 minute stove top porridge mind, not nasty microwave instant 'porridge'.

Likewise. At this time pf year, proper porridge made with water and a little bit of salt. No milk, no sugar/honey etc. In the warmer months, cereal with cold milk (current favourite is Oatibix bites).

At the weekends, I'll usually have something cooked like a bacon and egg roll or a fry-up.

Coca Cola
Big bowl of Kelloggs Honey Nut Crunch Clusters (or something) covered in a pint of full fat milk (ice cold)

Last couple of days I've toasted a wholemeal bagel and filled it with peanut butter, but not had time to eat it so popped it in my bag and brought it to work. Still warm half an hour later and munched down with a coffee. Not bad.

Had the best breakfast ever in Vegas last week though. Steak and eggs Benedict. Two halves of an English muffin each with a piece of medium sirloin and a soft poached egg on, covered in Bearnaise sauce. Potato hash on the side. Delicious.

Full fry up. Had far far to many recently when lodging away.

So now nothing or mackerel on toast. Depending what time I get up.

6 weetabix layered in sugar, covered in a full pint of full fat milk (ice cold)

not sure what to drink, fancy a cup of tea but cant be bothered to boil the kettle.. might settle for coca cola.
