What browser do you use?

Firefox. I've been using it for years, since it was called Firebird :)

I use it on Linux, Windows and OSX.

I've just switched from Firefox to Chrome.

Chrome has a lot of my add-on features from firefox built in, and I have xmarks on it.

It's sooooooooo much faster on the Atom, and It's now stable enough to use.

I'm currently using firefox and hate it to bits. My opera is installed on a recently crashed hard disk and I can't be bothered to re-install it. I thought I'd force myself to use firefox but cannot get to grips with it. Just love the way opera has windows that you can resize and minimise. I tried an addin for firefox but it's not the same.

The firefox download and virus scan thing drives me nuts. I'm using IE to download anything now.

I also found that some of the sites I visit have forced adverts which you have to skip. They obviously don't worry about opera as I've never seen them appear on that.

Yes, I know, I should just re-install Opera.

Click on the linky for the .crx and it should install the addon automagically, then save the .js to ~/.config/chromium/Default/User Scripts/ and then restart. should then "just work" :)

(you might have to create the "User Scripts" directory)

Well tried chrome and arora on ubuntu 9.10 LPIA edition for my little atom netbook. Firefox is extremely slow to start, chrome is a lot quicker...... but arora is twice as quick as that!!!!

Need to do more testing with arora tonight, but it does look really good! I also need to get openboox installed so I can run openbox window manager inside gnome to speed up the system somewhat.

Moved from Firefox to Chrome a few months back and have never regretted it - far faster and more pleasing to use imo. still have Opera installed, but seems to be getting a bit chunky these days.

firefox here. i couldn't change now because there are some extensions that you can download for firefox that i'd like to keep. saves my system from getting cluttered installing more programs!

Exactly the reason that I went on the hunt for nice, light browsers. I much preferred Opera when it wasn't a mozilla clone.

On the contrary, Opera is pushing forward a lot of new and innovative ideas. In the end it was the lack of compatibility with too many websites that pushed me away.

Really liking arora atm! Good call Walls!!

Yeah - it's proper fast, isn't it. a browsr made of win :)

Don't get me wrong - I used Opera for years and I agree, the Opera devs are innovative and cutting edge, but with all the additional built in features it's become a somewhat big, bloated hog - which is quite simply not what I want in a browser. If you had the option of cutting bits of it out that you will never use, then I wouldn't have gone looking for something else and Opera would still be installed on my machine... but it's not, and I'm happy with Arora.

I use firefox; not the fastest or most robust browser but seems to do the job I need it to do.

Unfortunately I do not make much use of the added bits and pieces you can add to it as just use it to surf.

I use Firefox on all my machines. Tried Chrome but never really liked it's look after spending years using FF.

Elinks deserves a mention aswell, my preferred text based browser, it's amazing how often it comes in handy.
