What cereal do you eat in the morning (?)

I dont really eat cereal ever as its not very healthy choice but when I do its usually the chocolate stuff my partner eats. Or the curiously cinnamon things. That cereal is yummy. But yeah most days its something else than cereal.

When I have time I go with eggs rather than cereal. A couple of eggs, one slice of wholegrain toast, some Greek yoghurt and fruit (fresh or frozen - depends what I have in).

On the cereal days I switch out the eggs and toast for crunchy nut cornflakes. I'm weak for them. Has to be Kellogs. I've genuinely tried to like cheaper brands, but they just aren't as good (mostly too sweet with not a lot of flavour aside from sugar).

It's interesting that on the eggs days I've got no urge to eat until lunchtime (or sometimes later), while on the cereal days I'll have the munchies after a few hours.

Given the fact that most Cereals these days are chock full of sugar, Cornflakes with malted wheat in order to keep my sugar intake down.

Don't normally eat cereals per se but do frequently eat porridge.

Porridge is alternated with smoothies, normally yogurt, milk, frozen mixed berries, more porridge oats, chia seeds. Sometimes will be bannana and peanut butter, with oats.

Normally have pancakes once a week, and a fried breakfast once every 2 weeks.

Last week on holiday in Costa Rica I loved the tropical fruit salads with fresh papayas and such but you definitely got hungry befor lunch.

Porridge, currently with sultanas and a little cinnamon. If I can't be bothered or there isn' time then fruit and fibre.

Also got some Reeces puffs cereal but that's more of a snack item, never have it first thing.

Weekends usually scrambled eggs.

Used to love cereal but I get bad heartburn if i even look at it these days.

Cornflakes with hot whole milk and sugar was my cereal of choice.

Porridge with cinnamon and raisins Monday to Friday
Toast or Bagels on the Weekend unless I'm doing something physical then I'll have porridge again.

Muesli with milk, most days. Decent stuff, generally with no added sugar - though sometimes there will be sweetened dried fruit in there. Will be mixing my own this week, having just bought the ingredients.

Every couple of weeks, I'll buy some smoked mackerel, and have that with poached eggs and potato cakes. That tends to last me for 3 breakfasts, then back to muesli.
