What cereal do you eat in the morning (?)

None, who in their right mind would subject themselfs to the horrors of cereal. Unless it's covered in sugar, then it's still not as tasty as alternatives like pancakes.

Have you ever tried Weetabix, cornflakes or shreddies with hot whole milk and sugar? Completely changes the taste and it is lovely on a cold morning.

I'm in the same mind as you - but let us just leave people to discuss their love of cereals.

But so many actually tasty options. Why eat cardboard. Well actually cardboard is an improvement over many. And if it's laced in sugar then there's plenty of equally unhealthy dishes that again taste lovely.

Give me cornbread with golden syrup on, over crunchy nuts or frosties anyday.
Or healthy option any if the numerous baked eggs with veg and tomato so many north African and other countries enjoy.

I completely agree however, it is their choice. I deleted my posts lambasting their choices, as it really wasn't fair or the time and place to do it - let's not drag this into a debate about their poor choices for food.

Fruit and fibre or Bran flakes.

I'm happy with it, not a fan of the super sugary cereals which are available.

I generally avoid breakfast cereals. They don't fill me up enough and I end up either eating too much or getting hungry half way through the morning.

Normally I tend to have eggs in some form for breakfast (usually soft boiled or scrambled), maybe with ryvita dark and a little butter. If we're out of eggs I'll have porridge. At weekends it's usually a full english.

I keep some cerial in the house as an abosolute last resort for when I need to leg it out of the door in a hurry. At the moment that's Oatibix flakes.
