What did you do to your bike today?

Neck warmer only when its sub temps for me, bunch of girls.... :p

What did I do this weekend... not much to mine, bit of a wipe down clean, adjusted the rear shock and lubed my chain, good to go for another weeks commuting.

But on my brothers bike we changed the head racers and bearings, such an arse of a job, I really do dislike working on kawasakis :D

You're not wrong!!!

It's 6c out there and I was wearing summer gloves and no neckwarmer... :(

Just noticed, that's St Evenage :p *North Herts shout out*

Yeah, I think that's called Old Town? I live roughly couple miles away from Steve... :p My Village is boring and has really bad roads, so went there to shoot the vids.

Yep that's old town.

If you want a nice ride, do this:

A602 from Stevenage to Ware
A10 from Ware to Buntingford (boring)
A507 from Buntingford to Baldock

I've tried wurth dry chain lube and Muc Off extreme lube and now I've moved to Motul chain paste, seems to have much more staying power and doesn't make a mess.

Cheers, I'll try those routes out tomorrow, today I've done too many miles and I'm just knackered.

Just cleaned the WD40 **** I applied last week and replaced it with Motul chain lube, much better straight away.

WD40 on a chain, you terrible person!

Wurth is awful, no idea how it has such good reviews, unless people purely base their review on the fling (it doesn't fling). Castrol Racing Lube all the way (you can get it for about £6.50 a bottle if you buy in bulk off eBay). 4k chain not needed adjusting once, doesn't fling as long as you apply and let it 'dry' and not a spot of rust. My brother's chain rusted within a couple of weeks of getting it when using Wurth and my Hornets chain started getting stuck links with the stuff, plus it never actually looks lubed with Wurth.

Motul stuff looks alright, but I prefer spray can.
