What did you do......

Celebrated my 19th birthday by getting so drunk that I passed out.

Not much memory of what happened but apparently I ran round the student accommodation in just my boxers...

But all in all I think it was a good day :)

Did what many people seemed to have done. Went to the coast. Took the GF and the dog for a walk around Filey and then down to Flamborough head to finnish off. Plenty of cars (and caravans :() on the road and lots of people around the beach front despite the 'ok' weather. Stumbled across a party for the royal wedding and had a nosey - people sat around in a garden with some triangle sandwiches ignoring eachother, left after a few minutes to get some doughnuts on the front. Enjoyed the drive when I could get some open road infront of me (the usual plague of 40mph fools and the idiots that refuse to pass them on long open roads - and one who tried to pass on a very busy road without actually speeding up, pulled out into oncoming traffic with his LH indicator on then stayed there for about 15 seconds before slamming his brakes on and having a car on the other side skid around him). All in all a good day.

Really wasnt interested in the wedding. Didnt seem like many were whilst I was out. If it wasnt for the free food and party (somewhere to be, party might have been a bit strong of a word) then a lot less people would have seen it. Some right nutters on the TV thought, people who had stayed out since tuesday to watch it.... why... just why.... Fair play on those that enjoyed it. Each to his own.

Got up late, played Company of Heroes for a few hours.
I glanced at the TV downstairs when I needed a drink, maybe caught a minute of it.

Got up, slagged of my Fiancee for watching the crap. Then came on here to post utter nonsence

I wasn't really intending to watch it but ended up watching most of it with my girlfriend. We did go to the supermarket briefly while the actual vows were happening but I ended up seeing them later while she watched pretty much ALL of it again.

I quite liked it actually, as a country we do quite well at big spectacles.

Had the tv on in the background whilst doing a few minor jobs, saw some friends later for a quick drink.
Sadly could not stay long :(

I probably should have watched it cause there was probably some good inspiration for poetry in it.

But I didn't and instead I studied for my philosophy exam.

are you serious? :D
