Diced chicken breast cooked in a rich creamy mushroom sauce on a bed of basmati rice.

A Tomato and Red Pepper Cup A Soup.
A small white bap.
An apple
A pear
An orange
Packet of BBQ rib Walkers crisps!
Small piece of homemade light chocolate sponge.
 
Chicken, cottage cheese, assorted salads, bit of pepper followed by a plum and a banana.

Somewhere around 550 - 600 Kcals... Daily target is in the 2000 Kcals range
