Chicken & Egg Salad box from the local shop.
Chicken, Tomato, Sweetcorn, Cucumber, Lettuce, Onions, Peppers, Carrot, Beetroot an Egg and a smidge of Coleslaw. mmmmmmm. £2.20 bargain. Then a nice apple to finish it off.

On topic: I had a Tuna salad sandwich on Wholegrain, and it was LUSH. Lettuce, Onion, Carrot, Tomato, Cucumber, watercress, Oh and Tuna. Lush Lush Lush
