What do children call their front bottom?

I must be missing something but if she's calling it her front bottom then let her call it her front bottom. Trying to get her to call it anything other than what it actually is is stupid.
When she's old enough to know better it'll get called its proper name..

Must admit my boy calls his willy or penis, but I've always thought Vagina is a little too vulgar for a toddler to be coming out with.

Vulger is too strong a word, but I don't think it's right having them call it that. I don't mind them knowing it's called that, just like my boy knows his willy is his penis, but I'd prefer them to say something else.

I've just realised, I've been just calling it "bits" for the girls most of the time without thinking.

IT'S A VAGINA.

I really don't understand this apparent "shock" over kids calling their parts what they really are. The sooner they know the biological terms, the better. Would you rather your kid ran about referring to his "male rooster" constantly? Come on.

"Penis" is no worse than "Willy", but certainly better intellectually.

And why is "Vagina" more vulgar to you than "Penis"?

Honestly.... I don't know... but it is.

I agree.

Yeah OK the proper word is penis/vagina, but they're little kids tbh. There's something un-innocent about an adorable lil kid going around saying big words like penis and vagina.

Seriously I never even hear adults use these words in everyday life.

And what's it got to with intellect lmao. I bet you don't go round telling them what phalanges or coccyges are now do you. The point being, when they are ready to know the scientific words for their sex organs they will find out themselves.
