Im in my final year of an Environmental Science degree and hope to move onto a PHD in geoarchaeology later this year.

In the meantime I work part time as a design consultant for one of the big DIY sheds designing Kitchens and Bathrooms to pay for my fees and living expenses.

Nah thats the thing we do pretty much the same theory in our trade training however we dont get the practical experience you get in civvie world. Every time I go on leave now Im looking to see if any sparkies need a free hand.

Support worker for a children's charity. We look after the kids who don't meet social services threshold, but still need help and support.

Spent Christmas eve handing out food parcels (donated to us) so that about 30 of our families had food to eat this Christmas.

Bloody hard work, but rewarding.
