Of late dabbling with electronic projects - having quite a bit of fun progressively developing more complex/custom designs off common audio circuits (headphone amps, dacs) and to a degree its something I can dip in and out of as time constraints allow.

Miss the days when I could dedicate a weekend to video game development/modding something quite satisfying when you had a concept finally up and running after 2 days of heavy coding.
 
Pick up my little lad on a Friday at 2 then we go and get supplies from the shops and usually a trip to smyths toy shop for a treat as I haven't seen him all week. Saturday we will spend building Lego, playing football and eating stuff. Sunday's I take him back to the witch then play Sunday league football and after straight into the boozer for a few pints with the lads.
 
Spend it in the garden fiddling with my motorbike, out riding it or spend a couple of hours in the gym swimming and sauna.

All very exciting.
 
Been an expat for 6 years now so I've got used to aggressively making friends. Find stuff on meetup.com or similar sites, join the local rugby club.....you'll soon have plenty of stuff to do with a bit of effort.
 
You're in Wales and there are lots of nice hills. May I suggest Hang Gliding and/or Paragliding? I do both and love it.

Take up an instrument too?

Is aggressively making friends where you just go up to someone and shout "BE MY FRIEND!"

Reckon I could do that
 
Every other Saturday I take my daughter out for a pancake breakfast, go to the park and then we go home and play on the Xbox or PC together for a few hours :D

(I'm not a part-time dad, my wife just works every other Saturday so I make the most of Daddy/Daughter time :D)

[edit] obviously this only helps you if you go out and get yourself a child. I don't condone kidnapping so maybe find a nice lady to entertain you for a bit first?
 
My weekends are from Thursday to Saturday, which I like, because my first day off on Thursday, everyone else is at work, so I can do something different without worrying about it being busy.

At the moment, I am learning to fly, and it is pretty awesome. Should keep Thursdays busy for me for the next year or so.

Friday and Saturday vary, depending on what my GF is doing. I try and aim for a meal out at least on one of those days.
 
Bored! How do you have time? The weekends seem to last 5 minutes even when we have a quiet one.

These things fill my weekends:

Supermarket shopping
Cooking awesome foods
DIY
Film watching
Cleaning
Paying bills and getting stuff sorted
Visiting / going out with friends and family
Days out visiting food festivals / attractions
