What do you eat for breakfast?

A bowl of cereal, a couple of slices of buttered toast or a couple of boiled eggs - depends what I feel like when I get up.

Smoked mackerel and a couple of eggs.

MCTs.

Some fruits.

Sometimes some granola or porridge as well.

And some fresh fruit juice (with bits - not smooth!).

Comes to 700 cals minimium but up to 1000 cals on some days .

Usually a smoothie.

Most often it consists of:

2 Frozen bananas
200ml milk (almond if I have it available, semi-skimmed if not)
1 Cup cold brewed coffee.
1 scoop Protein powder.

50/50 on whether I throw in a cup of oats as well.

take away left overs

For an awesome takeaway breakie you can't beat throwing all the left-over curry together with the rice, heating it well of course and then serving it on toast with a poached egg and mango chutney on the side.

Sounds absolutely revolting but it is the best hangover breakfast. :)

These days though I tend to be a porridge and toast kinda guy :)

Sliimfast, not that im on a diet just think it taste`s nice and doesnt mag me want to throw up when rushing around first thing in the morning.

3 egg omelette with some mozzarella, turkey bacon, jalapenos and mushrooms.

Or some waffles/pancakes made of oats, whey and egg whites.

I used to eat nothing because I never feel hunry in the morning but over the last 2 months or so i've started eating a small bowl of cereal in the mornings. really glad I did because I don't feel like **** when it come to mid day like I used to when I didn't eat anything.

Protein Pancakes,
4 eggs
