the yusmart 32" lcd tv is a brilliant unit but be ready for some nasty surprises if ** unit gets faulty and you need some assistance.just want you guyz to know whats going on.think twice before buying the yusmart tv.

I doubt tech support would hang up on you unless you were being a donkeys rear end. You might also get some help if you actually posted what your problems were.
Aside from this you should be able to return the TV, if not under distance sellers then it must be covered by some kind of warranty.
