I tried out the V05 matt clay which is the best stuff I've used although I haven't tried any of the expensiver stuff like Fuge and Fish.

d:fi wax and occasionally brylcreem (sp).

I prefer Fudge Fat Hed, but its really expensive! Fish is only like 4 quid.

I just use some water and cheap gel from Aldi :cool:

I remember my mates Uncle using soap to style his hair :confused:

He had a proper quiff, would make any modern man proud

Was just thinking that, my dad's bordering on homophobic and he still uses Brylcreem everyday. Has done for fifty years, had the same blooming style for fifty years too

I use VO5 freeze spray.

After I've blow-dried and styled my hair, a good spritz of the VO5 keeps it in place all the way through an energetic gig.
