What do you think of blokes who show their emotion?

If I'm honest I don't think its a problem? If anything if blokes could show their emotions more freely we'd probably have less mental health issues and a lower suicide rate.

The pressure to keep a stiff upper lip and take it on the chin that we have as men can be immense. Being Alpha isn't easy.

Personally - I'm quite free with my emotions, I can restrain my tears to my eyes welling up if I really can't be seen to cry on occasions. I talk about things with people if I need too. There are always thoughts and feelings I'll to myself but everyone needs that for self-preservation.

I can't see why anyone would think it's a weakness. I mean no-one likes a crybaby, but there's a measured show of emotions we should all be comfortable with.

I wouldn't cry in public or anything unless like my mum died or something else catastrophic happened; I'm another one who thinks there is a time and place for emotions.

Personally I feel guys that cry all the time need to get a grip, unless it is for a good reason (see above).

However, I do show other emotions, such as happiness... :p

i dont cry as a rule. only time i have is when my dad was killed and i just brokedown there and then. weird, it was just instant. since then it was only the funeral.

didnt even cry when i split up with the ex of 2 1/2 years and that hurt like hell but not enough to cry.

i also have good mates though who have helped me through some tough times.

i think a guy crying is normal, there is nothing wrong with it........the 'poontang' love a sensitive guy, so, its all good.

my lil girl had me in tears last week, 'i love you daddy' was all it took, she said it so innocently/sweetly i couldnt help myself.........im a soft touch when it comes to my lil babes...
