What do you use for SPOTS ?

SPOTS..basicly. In highschool i had a bad case of acne which has pretty much cleared itself up now and theres not a lot you can do to prevent them.

But im getting a few flare ups and im wondering what everyone uses? I dont trust the adverts where the girl has one spot and the magic cream removes it in 1 day

Ive got 2 weeks before i go on holiday so what does everyone swear by? Fruit? Face wash? Cream?

Help pls!

Go to your GP.

He/she will give you some good cream for it.

meh its not bad acne like it used to be, just flare ups. Worth wasting their time?

GP – It’s probably hormonal so no quick TV fixes I’m afraid.

Drink lots of water, keeps the skin moisturised and full of minerals.

Toothpaste if I've got a spot and generally ocean salt from Lush.

Just drink lots of water and wash your face with cold water regularly.

do you really think i dont shower numerous times a day seeing as though its summer? trust me a good wsh doesnt get rid of propper spots

thanks for the other advise though ppl. il try skin wash and more water this week then maybe GP next week

didnt u see i said clearasel in there too. my mate used this who was a body builder and would sweat a lot and get spots. seemed to clear his up.
next time i'll not bother!

I get more spots when i shave lol, sensitive skin. Its all a big huffle

There was some stuff I got from the docs ages ago, but I can't for the life of me think what it is. I want to say Microgynon, but that's a birth control pill! It worked very well anyway. My brother-in-law uses the same stuff and it works for him too.

So get yourself down to the Doctors!

I think i know what your on about, im sure its mini something and they gave it me when i had bad acne.

use ocUk brand mustard and just grow enough hair so you cant see them anymore?

Mustard, grow some hair it will cover up the spots
