What do you use for SPOTS ?

Mate, i'm 27 and still get spots! I dont get a shed loads but the odd 1 or 2 around my chin area. Its a right pain in the cheek'o's. It could be that your homone system is all over the place and that masterbation can actually be the problem. I'm not joking :D.

Anyway, i always found that when i'm on holiday, either skiing or sunny spain, this always helps the skin clear up, so i guess that it must be true that sun is good for you.

So basically the more you knock one out the more spots you have or is it the other way around? :D :p

can imagine the adverts:

"W*** Away Your Spots in 5 Days Guaranteed With Our Programme"
:D

I have had some mild acne problems for as long as I can remember.

I have tried a few different things and nothing worked greatly.

However, I have recently found a new cleansing 'regimen' and although I have only been doing it for a couple of weeks I can notice a real difference and I believe it is going to actually work.

Please visit this website and read as much as you can. Also watch the videos.

I doubt you will be clear within 2 weeks but you might as well get started. Remember to follow the regimen precisely.

Good luck!

Go to the chemist and grab benzoyl peroxide (either 2% or 5%) stright over the counter. Costs around £4 and lasts around 1-2 months if used every night. :)

Its the stuff your GP will start you off with. ;)

Drink LOADS of water, and no coke or anything. Try stay away from chocolate and eat more fruit.

I was with soap then Aqueous cream(something like that). It's meant for people with exsema as a replacement for soap as their skin is very sensitive, so its essentially a moisturiser which cleans skin also, without irritating it. That way I get my face clean and moisturised easily.

Ah yes, the sun is also a winner, cleared my shoulders up a treat :D
I thought my shoulders had improved(only the odd spot before, but now pretty much clear) after going to the beach a few times this week

- Good diet
- Lots of fluids (water, squash)
- Use a decent moisturiser after shaving (very important). I have a Nivea for Men one (and another brand, can't remember) which are both very cooling and very good.

I never get spots when i do lots of cardio in the gym, could be due to toher reasons as if i go the gym i have an extra shower a day and eat better.
