What do you use your pc and hard drive space for ?

I've now filled one of my two 250GB drives with music recording and it's only one albums worth of songs; uncompressed WAVs really are a space killer!

1 album is 250GB?

Uncompressed WAV are not that big! (unless each track is hrs in length)

My PC is generally used for internet browsing, uni work and some gaming along with media watching/listening. Most of the hard drive space goes towards storing media at them moment although I am down to 250gb from the total of 850gb I could have right now since 3 of the drives I use are being a bit dodgy so I should probably get round to seeing if they can be replaced.

Lots of games, media including uncompressed avi's from the camcorder and fraps, my entire cd collection and a fair few photo's, anything thats been recoded for my psp and all my cubase stuff, samples are big

I have 990GB over my two pcs. I used the two 500Gbs in this pc and all together they have 180gb of space free in total. Mainley Tv shows and now HD MKV files for my HDTV for a Tv show is 1GB+

How much of the internet? He won't get a very high percentage of the 'net, even on 2.5TB
