What does everybody do here?

I drive a rather large Scania for a well known haulier who's followed / plagued by saddo's who love to photograph their trucks. :p :D

I'd love to do that...... if there were no other vehicles on the roads. :D

I run a business supplying tanning and beauty products to salons.

Teach English to adults in various places. One private school, a few one on one classes, two groups at lifelong learning colleges, and two classes of MBA students from a local university.

Trying to consolidate all of that at the moment though, as it's too unreliable as a schedule. Still, enjoying it for now, working very little and living comfortably.

Well, between posting that and now, I can take away the private school bit, as that went bankrupt today :p Slightly annoying, as that was my main source of income, and all of my university students are off for 6 weeks over Chinese New Year vacation.

So I can spend my time looking for a new jobs and chasing up the not insignificant amount of money that school owes me. Hurrah...

Work as a technical assistant in financial services.

Looking to become a Financial Advisor within the next few months (if my boss lets me move up!)

What BI technologies?

I suppose I'd be a BI Implementation Constant, but I'm generally just labelled as a Consultant in the technology stack we specialist in, and get deployed into various roles depending on the client/project. Currently I'm a Lead Developer, but I've also been an Infrastructure Consultant, Solution Architect, Infrastructure Architect, Tester, Analyst, Developer, and Trainer.

A guy I work with terms it being a "Solutioneer", which is pretty apt.

Predominantly we work with the Microsoft BI stack, PowerBI and Qlikview but we have developed in many more on a much more day-rate basis.

We have the same end-to-end approach. It's great getting the companies moving with the view to help them become self-sufficient through training and coaching.
