At rent review we'll not disregard the repairs you didn't not make under your agreement for lease excluding those induced by the landlord (by rent free or otherwise) save for those required by statute unless under legislation that wasn't made after the date of the agreement for lease of the tenant's occupation of its other unit lease dated blob.
 
Maintenance technician and grounds keeper for 15 buildings and 60 acres of estate.

It's a lot of work, fun too and the pay is okay :cool:
 
Technically sales, but I prefer not to look at it that way.

I basically source funding & business opportunities for colleges & training providers who subscribe to our service which I sell as well as run.

It's a really good product at a really good price, that's why I don't consider it to be sales, i'm helping people. :)
 
Own a non-profit and another small advertising business, sell stuff on eBay, and am currently working on a startup.
 
Avionics technician (actual job title is engineer but I'm aware how well that goes down here, even though 70% of the time i'm engineering whatever the **** is going on)
 
I'm a CLAS consultant, have been for about 3 years now. There's nothing I don't like about my job, apart from not being able to tell people what I do.

It's been a couple of years since I worked in that field but I thought they were phasing out CLAS in favour of CCP? Did that not happen?

Anyhow I'm the COO of a mid sized IT services consultancy. I have great people working for me and we enjoy a global client base that keeps things really interesting.

Currently the IT Manager with large Sporting body in Australia and will be transitioning to be countrywide Head of IT security.

role installation of BTS Node's ,software commissioning,site builds,
backup power plant kit, & maintenance
installation of microwave links, maintenance of microwave equipment,
NarQ certified tower climber.
ICNIRP testing, vswr testing,drive testing network performance,
warehouse maintenance & management for all network spares,
dealing with Offcom for licencing,local planning department,
working on core equipment ECI fiber mux boxes,Cisco, and various other network equipment.
i cover channel islands jersey Guernsey Sark as part of my role,
there is a lot going on but i have a lot of different roles as we are only a small team
3 running the entire network operations
but very enjoyable and every day there is something new happening,evolving in this business :)
 
IT Support Technician for Investment Management firm.

Used to do the same thing for a Large French Bank, went from supporting 2 offices in London and one in Brussels across 2 systems to a nice small company with less than 100 people.

oh and before that I worked in operating theatres of a private hospital :p
