What essential tweaks / hacks do you apply to windows8?

I have said windows8 is snappy. ***Mind your manners*** I was asking for tweaks and add on's as I'm not happy with a tablet/phone interface on my mouse controlled pc

Because it isn't just a phone/tablet interface..... Its a PC/tablet/phone/laptop interface.

Something which MS have never had a desperately needed.

you not see how bad that sounds? one size never fits all trust me i have purchased enough "one size" back supports of late

I only use one tweak(is it really a tweak?) it just adds more options of your choice to Win+X .

I did post this is a different thread,however I find its great because you use Win+x menu like you normally would but with more programs you can add to it.

You can move the order they are listed up and down as well.
