never follow the noise of the fans, as there was a test somewhere on the internet that showed, 99% of fans show incorrect noise levels, so if you want it between 15 and 20, you need to be looking at around about 12db...lol

Calm down, if you really want a decent fan go for a Sanyo Denki or Gentle Typhoon and undervolt them with a fan controller. Pushes air and is relativity quite I would imagine. On a budget, you could get Yate Loon.
Don't buy Noctua unless you don't want to be pushing air.![]()
