i need a new fan 140mm true 140mm with low noise and good cfm and rpm
it should be 16 db to 20 db

never follow the noise of the fans, as there was a test somewhere on the internet that showed, 99% of fans show incorrect noise levels, so if you want it between 15 and 20, you need to be looking at around about 12db...lol

If I was going to go for any of the 2 fans that were in that post there I
would go for the BeQuiet fan as it looks better than the other 1, and the
other fan looks a bit tacky

The only fans I would trust with regards to noise and CFM are Delta, Sayno Denki, Nidec Servo Corp. (makes the Gentle Typhoon fans) and Panasonic Panaflo fans.

Calm down, if you really want a decent fan go for a Sanyo Denki or Gentle Typhoon and undervolt them with a fan controller. Pushes air and is relativity quite I would imagine. On a budget, you could get Yate Loon.

Don't buy Noctua unless you don't want to be pushing air.

i have 2 noctua on My Push/pool cpu cooler anyway i Will look in to the fans u Said bit how do i undervolt? Cus have no fan controler if i need one what do you recommend?
