What foods do you refuse to eat?

Amazed how many people don't like liver or kidneys, awesome things to eat!

I can't deal with sweet potatoes! Years of living in NI left me hating most forms of potatoes (used to trade it with friends for meat and veg as everyone fought over the potatoes) and sweet potatoes are just the worst :(

Will eat everything else though, good to try stuff incase you find something amazing

Dont really like olives, cous cous or offal. But if needs must then i would eat anything rather than die. Not sure i like the idea of monkey brains taken out of a live monkey and cooked, or dog etc though...

The only foods I won't eat on the grounds that I don't like them are mushrooms and raw tomato. I "refuse" to eat anything that I think is not ethical, so I don't tend to buy chicken, eggs or pork that are not free range, any fish or seafood that I think is not sustainable and I'm still not convinced about rosé veal. I'd rather eat less than eat what I think is unethical. If it's put on my plate I'll eat it and not make a fuss about it to my hosts, but I actively avoid these types of food myself. For the last couple of years I've consistently gone off supermarket meat immediately after game season. There's something about preparing an animal myself that physically puts me off the meat you get in a supermarket, and I find it quite difficult to buy badly treated meat you get in a plastic box that has basically been price cut to the point that animals are mis-treated because that's the best that farmers can do to supply supermarkets what they want at the price that they dictate.

I cannot stand tomatoes. I can eat chopped tomatoes in pasta or whatever, but the taste of raw tomatoes make me want to vomit.

Whilst I agree with your viewpoint in principal Jonny, I couldn't afford to live as you do (nor would I want to go without).
I can almost guarantee my monthly meat intake is lower than most people and I'll put money on it costing less. I'd rather eat less but eat better :)

Where I'm torn is buying reduced meat at the end of the day in the supermarket, which I admit I do quite a lot of. The sad fact is, if I don't buy it, it gets thrown away and I don't particularly agree with eating it but at the same time I don't want to see it wasted.

However, I am happy to see you posting. I heard this on the radio earlier and thought of you and Acidhell! :o

Haha, I saw that. Tragic, but absolutely classic at the same time :D

Must have been a hell of a bang though

The smell of tomato ketchup is enough to make me heave.

I'll eat pretty much anything else though, though chickened out of eating a Century egg recently (after licking it). Not a fan of mushrooms either, but will eat them if they are on my plate

I'll eat pretty much any seafood, even squid, but I can't stand tuna. A shame really because tuna is so good for you. I'm not keen on those fish eggs that you spread on bread either.

I also don't like Nestlé milk, milk by itself, cream, Red Bull, and my very worst food is ox tail.
