Of the regular European food there isn't much i wouldn't eat but there are some things I am just not a huge fan of.
Most seafood, i eat fish and shellfish form time to time but I just don't enjoy it much and tend to dislike both the taste and texture. I keep trying to enjoy it but it is just not as nice as a big juicy steak, ribs, lamp chops, vegetables.
Similar with mushrooms, if properly prepared and not slimy then I eat them fine, I will often add them to my cooking to get a bit of flavour. But they don't do anything special for me so i wont make a mushroom risoto, prefer a classic milanaise etc.
anything from mcdonalds/KFC/BK/Pizza hut is also never eatn. not that I am against ast food, just I dont see why fast food should be terrible quality. Give my a Five Guys burger, in and out, Popeyes chicken or any number of the non chain fast food places that can serve great burgers/mexican/chinese/fried chicken/indian.
One thing I am eating less of is chicken. Combination of factors, I just prefer beef/lamb/duck/venison/boar/grouse/pheasant/chamois/goat/rabbit/ostrich/kangaroo, even free range chicken is highly mass produced and in general the life quality is low. I can walk into a field and pick a cow which will end up as a rump steak on my plate if I so wanted (in general knowing which field the cow comes from is sufficient!). vows are in general pretty happy wandering about the place eating.
