This thread reminds me of when I lived in Hackney, London in the early 90's.

The local big drug dealer was an 80 year old grey haired jamacian who always wore just his pyjamas and dressing gown all day.

If you can imagine a thick jamacan accent, he used to say the following which always cracked me and my mates up.

"Da is only two things in life I am afraid of.......Halligators and snakes"

You get a lot of them round Hackney apparently
