what frightens you most?

Why does height matter with arachnophobia?

Second fear: Stupidity.

I didn't say it had anything to do with height, I'm just highlighting the fact that I find it funny that a bigger guy fearis something so small and usually pretty harmless :o

My bigger bro is terrified with spiders, and I call him a big girl :p
Hes 6'4'' and built like a tank. It's a good laugh when he gets terribly freightened :p

Spiders and anything happening to my brothers and parents.

I love snakes however so if I ever meet someone who is scared of them but likes spiders I'll make a pact that I'll deal with any snake problem they have and they'll deal with any spider problem I have.

Being spanked bare arse with a paddle on a bar in Amstardam by a naked woman

Took a week for the bruises to go

Some of the smallest things known to man are the most deadly. :p His fear may be well justified.

I have aracnophobia,

Its something I am trying to control, but as a grown adult I know its stupid.
Its irrational fear remember, we know that they are harmless but an almost primal fear strikes when I see one.

Ladders :( i hate being up them, since i was around 12 and helping my dad get some things out of the loft and the ladder slipped with me on it :( i get onto about the 3rd or 4th rung and just start shaking uncontrollably

Sharks, jellies and scratchy biting insects (when in places where they can scratch and bite - not bothered by our native nonce insects) and avalanches.

Apart from the obvious, losing family/friends etc

Open water, have a crippling fear of swimming in the sea. Due to an incident of almost drowning when I was younger (And i'm sure seeing Jaws shortly after didn't help lol).

heights espcially high obstacle courses / climbing / even standing on roof of building, still do them though just really don't like doing it and always look completely scared
