What glue to use on a car windscreen

Got someone parking in our works private car park and they have blocked a few people in. Can't really do anything apart from stick a nice note on the windscreen.

I want to be a bit of a **** about it as people do this fairly regularly so I want to make sure that the note stays attached to the windscreen so want a nice thick substance that is a real pita to remove!

I've already thought of man spaff but it's not sticky enough :)
 
I think the thinking of home DIY based products.

Tile adhesive turns into a rock so can't use that!

Maybe some utter turd B&Q adhesive which isn't really strong at all? :p
 
Don't you know anybody local with a Landy like mine ?
If so give them some beer tokens to come Drag them out into the street. :D
 
Depending on the car, a few strong blokes should be able to push a car with the handbrake on out the way

And they'll probably think that you've left a serving of man juice if it hadn't dried clear in time.
