Sort of ironic the grubby Jeep has mega shiny chrome wheels, and the cleaner one has the dull stock ones!Stock

Clearly cursed it
(As soon as I picked it up got the low outside temperature snow flake symbol, seems like an unlucky coincidence but garage did check to make sure they hadn't disturbed anything.)
I've ordered a new sensor for less than a £10 and seems like a fairly easy job.
Clearly such a straightforward job of changing the temperature sensor couldn't go without another discovery...Owners of R56 Mini's should know better than anyone that you *never* celebrate your car's reliability
You lot make me look like a n00b chump as I came in here to say my 9 year old car blew it's first bulb over the weekend... The dipped beam lamp and it cost me a grand total of £8.99 to fox it and I'm happy with that

As long as you start them by hand you'll be alright.

I also torque them to factory spec now just in case.
A piece of fuel hose stuck over the end of the plug works as a useful flexible tool for inserting it and starting it by hand.
Got around to fitting the bonnet strut kit for the Mustang.
It's absolutely stupid that Ford sell the kits
Yet they give you an old school bonnet prop..
Fitting it took 5 mins, most of that was having to cut and shape a 1" hole where the battery cover sits over one of the mounting points, but the kit is simply 4 bolt on mounts and that's it!
I left the original prop (front) just in case it's needed..
Not sure on the correct routing, I just saw a CJ Pony video on fitting it and they put the washer tube tucked behind the strut connection point, so mirrored that and it seems to work!Snap! I did the same to my car at the weekend. Really simple to do, although I realised I after bolting it on that I'd forgotten to re-route the washer hose so had to take one off again.

I did have a hose on standby but my halfords kit had a proper socket and a decent extension so threaded it in by hand until it was tight and just gave them a little nip up with the ratchet - Torque wrenches that go down to 12nm are pretty expensive.
Haha i thought that, i think the difference being the stock one being stolen from a for sale advert
The real bizarre thing is why there's no dirt on the chrome wheels. Like the guy only cleans the wheels and ignores the body!
Drove it too fast and potentially have been caught speeding.
On my way into work doing 35 in a 30 and suddenly see a Camera Van
He was in the back, window open…
Only my own fault, could have been worse but hopefully with all the mythology applied and my Speedometer over reading I will dodge the bullet, unlikely I know!
