What important when building a sub enclosure?

Its the width thats more important for me as i have rc planes and have my rear seats down to fit them in. I can fit more in that way and that one you linked me is 350mm wide compared to 150-200mm width(depth of box) if i did a custom enclosure. Then i also get a 290W setup then.
 
In that case go for it! I did a custom enclosure in my mates car and it looks sweet! plenty of space left. My fault for scanning thread not reading. There are many sub/amp/box/wire packages in your budget. get one and butcher the box.
