How does this affect me?

THAT will affect you.
What kind of a 'shock', should I go and fill up now?![]()
The guy is clearly off his head. Can't the sas or spec ops just assassinate the clown?

Well in 2010, Libya supplied 1.65 million barrels of oil per day.
But what do the Libyans actually want?
Its fine to raise up and heckle the current leader but what is the end game here? What do these people want to do with the country without him?
We are very, very good in the UK, aren't we, at either taking part in, or cheering on, the toppling of sovereign leaders?
Especially those with oil under their sand.
As for the "vacuum" that will be left: I suspect some CIA-groomed tame pet will be on the throne pretty darn pronto, once they have allowed some "selected" Libyans to string-up Gaddafi, while the West (USA & UK) stands by in mock disgust, muttering something about not being able to interfere.
Iraq, now Libya. I bet Iran's next.
I am by no means a supporter of Gadaffi, or his ilk, but this has all the hallmarks of another Middle East smash and grab.
