aye, sao paulo looked rather rough when i was there. and the hotel staff wouldn't let us leave the hotel on foot. although it was the hilton which is a business hotel so i guess it makes sense.

all the rich people avoid even stepping foot on the ground, much preferring to jet around the city by helicopter
