What is the ultimate snack?

I tend not to snack, but it'll be fruit, maybe some oatcakes, or some carrots with some hummous. Or my protein flapjacks I make from time to time.

What exact recipe do you use/wish to share? Sounds tasty and a good way to intake protein without using a shake etc. :)

Just experiment, until you find what you like. Several cups of oats, cytogainer/whey, egg whites, bananas, carnation milk, and milk - done!

Banana heavy?! It's not about the taste for a quick snack, it's about nutrition! Well it is for me... I keep my delicacies in the comfort of my home not at work!

Having just tried it today, tinned mackerel fillets in tomato sauce. Om, nom and indeed nom.

Never thought I'd enjoy it but life throws the odd surprise one's way from time to time.

I've always been a bugger for snacking in the evenings. Nowadays i try and have either a piece of fruit, cereal bar or a glass of milk.

That's really wear Dangerous, I was thinking of trying to make some sort of protein bar about 20 mins ago :o
