[mynsa]

Sorry for shamelessly stealing this from another thread but ive been looking [not very hard] for this app for ages.

Its like the mac dockbar application shown there

[mynsa]

[.walls]

lol... and before reading all of your post, I was going to say "amarok"

[LabR@t]

sudo apt-get install gdesklets

[LizardKing]

i find shortcuts with blank names better, that way you dont need gdesklets running all the time
but thats just personal preference

[mynsa]

sudo apt-get install gdesklets

or sudo yum -y install gdesklets?

[tntcoder]

or sudo yum -y install gdesklets?

Or sudo pacman -S gdesklets?

[refresh]

Or sudo pacman -S gdesklets?

Or get the build tools, download the source, set up the compiler optimization flags, then go for a ./configure && make && make install

That's how I would do it!

[MrYiff]

emerge gdesklets all the way

[refresh]

emerge gdesklets all the way

I'll let you off with that one as it doesn't download binaries, however I don't use gentoo and my way will work on (almost) all distros.
