That doesn't look good. Check the event viewer in control panel, it should give you a more detailed error message. Then go get the Maxtor/Seagate diagnostics and run them.

Unable to locate event viewer, am using win vista ultimate 64bit
 
That's a known issue with the 680i chipset. It'll likely happen again and ultimately lead to your RAID array dying a slow and painful death.

LOL thanks for that, you recon thats got to do something with my OC'in I posted on the OC section?
 
Nope, it something that appears to just randomly occur, particularly to early boards. If it reoccurs I would look to RMA the board.
