The problem with travelling at the speed of light is that you would have infinite mass, requiring infinite energy to accelerate.

Meaning to say, as Einstein would differentiate it, you would become a big, fat, bloated human being so heavy who would require so much energy to move him it would be an impossiblity. Even an Infinity Engine couldn't cope. There wouldn't be enough energy in the universe to move him.

ok, fare enough, nothing can reach the speed of light. light has the speed of light therefore light doesnt exist!

ehm, seriously now, if light can go that fast, can it eve go faster?

Eh! to the first bit

Nope it can't go faster otherwise I'm sure it would :)

The theory doesn't say nothing can go at the speed of light, it says that nothing with a non-zero rest mass cannot go at the speed of light. And why would light ever go faster? Makes no sense to me.

The theory about the changning speed of light is that the speed has been on the slow decline (possibly exponential decay) since the start of the universe and has pretty much levelled off now.
