Thats the thing, if you carry a lot of muscle it tells you that you are grossly obese.

Actually more than I expected. Being only 63kg (just under 10 stone) and 5 foot 9 I would have thought it to be closer to underweight. I still would rather be more.

As feminine as it sounds I'm unhappy with my body. Used to be quite muscular but quite a bit of fat now. What's the easiest way to determine body fat?
