What ISP you using?

Work - N3
Home(s) Bulldog - Excellent ISP despite all the problems other users have had in the past. 100% uptime since DNS servers went down last year.

Just upgraded to Home Super Max on IDNet. Here are my line stats :

UP : 832000
Down : 8128000
SnR : 13.5
Attenuation : 19.0

Have to say IDNet are awesome, I emailed them yesterday about upgrading the account, they repplied in 7 minutes telling me it was booked through to upgrade the following morning (this morning) woke up at 8am and noticed it had upgraded at 6am!

That's customer service :)

I'm using Virgin.net
Been good until recently but performance has went down the pan, calling them to get my MAC soon. I connect at anything from 4-7Mb (according to router) but get a real speed of 1MB or less far too much of the time.

Probably change to BT, zen or something else recommended by others.

was with UKOnline, will be with sky on the 16th

Same network (easynet) so im hoping i wont notice any drop in performance, ill be paying the same amount but getting skytv and 16mb instead of 8mb for my money

Sky are apparently notoriously bad for taking their time getting people connected but from the few cases i know of personally its been down to other isps not detagging the line and sky not doing an awful lot about it, i made sure of this with UKO and so far things seem to be going ok.

admittedly i dont like the idea of a completely preconfigured router but ill sort that out in good time :)

Plusnet  :o

Happy? well sort of, i've not had too much trouble with them but speeds are getting erratic and emails been pss poor lately, that and the fact my router died at the weekend.

Just about to organise NTL 10mb for a coupla quid more :D

Been with Blueyonder since they first released broadband. No major problems or downtime so am sticking with them :)
