What Kitchen gadget would you love to have?

I just realised I have far too many kitchen gadgets.

From the most common to least?

Kettle
Toaster
Microwave
Espresso machine
Coffee Grinder
Stand mixer
Air fryer
Juicer
Nutribullet
Instant Pot
Rice cooker
Breadmaker
Sous Vid Stick thing
Gelato machine

This does not include my Waffle Iron (stove top), or bamboo steamer or hand blender.

I have this hob, its fine but not worth the cash

the 2 best things in my kitchen are the Quooker tap and a waste disposal unit. Most of the other stuff I could live wihout.
We've added a Chiller to our tap now. So boiling and chilled filtered.. Plus the insinkerator too.
But I think out of all of them I'd miss the dishwasher the most

Having seen then used at a couple of restaurants and finding out that it's a key part in the epic duck liver parfait at the Hand & Flowers we wanted a Pacojet but funnily enough didn't want to pay £4.5k for one. Essentially it's a motorised blade that spins through frozen food and leaves it with an incredibly smooth puree, ice cream and so on.

We then saw a YouTube video for the Ninja Creami which at £150 or so still isn't cheap but screw it, we bought one. It's had quite a lot of use including the smoothest and most delicious chocolate sorbet I've ever had.

It's a very niche thing, but it's great at what it does.

interesting so have you tried ice cream ,
wasn't clear to me how machine breaks the frozen block down https://m.ninjakitchen.com/include/pdf/ig-nc301.pdf

INGREDIENTS 1 tablespoon (1/2 ounce) PHILADELPHIA® Cream Cheese 1/3 cup granulated sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 3/4 cup heavy cream 1 cup whole milk 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips, for mix-in

We haven't made the ice cream from the recipe book yet, we've used a custard based recipe we found online that we cooked in the Thermomix. I do want to give the ice cream in the recipe book a whirl though.

But I can answer how it breaks down a frozen block though. There's a blade in the top of the carrier that spins around and is pushed down and then up through the block.

Dying to have a new Traeger grill. Still not sure which one of these two models i should choose: pro 575 and pro 22.
What would be your choice and why? Do you think that electric smokers are worth the cash or do you prefer something self made.
In the past i had one of this self made drum smokers but that is way too basic now.
