What makes our success different?

I do a degree and I always struggle to find drive. Some people have it, and some people don't :(

Why does it seem a lot of entrepreuners come for a lower class backgrounds e.g. Sir Alan Sugar, Richard Branson. Why can't we all find this drive to get rich or kill ourselves trying?

You have to be ruthless and stupid to take risks but clever in the same boat. You have to upset the right people and make friends with the right people.

Two reasons.
1. probability, with so many poor people compared to rich people, there are surely going to be more poor people making it big.
2. Who cares about rich people getting richer, its nice to hear a story of poor people getting rich.

Have heard lettings is the place to be also!

Seriously - if you live in east london (or even london in general) and own your own house / rent a private flat you need to consider renting out during the olympics - thousands...per week. I was shocked. short term leases only but thats a good thing if it's your main home.

case in point: http://www.foxtons.co.uk/search?property_id=797974&search_form=map&search_type=EL&submit_type=search

1 bed flat in bloody hendon = £1000 per week

That's what we're doing. 3 bedroom place with a dining room, or 4 bed without a dining room. Three stops on the tube from the stadium. Can't wait!
