What makes you want to be a part of the forums?

Joined for the excellent build advice and to show off my tacky as hell pc case. Stayed as everyone I know IRL is a console gamer, so it's nice to chat about PC games with like-minded folk. Plus the other sections like Home and Garden are very interesting.

The free delivery and MM access are the icing on the cake .

I enjoy everyone ganging up and picking on me. This forum is full of bullies like dowie and dolph oh yeh and don't forget amigafan.

I'm triggered even typing their names...

I have no idea really, I've always been a member of some forum or another, and this is one of the few that has stood the test of time. Plus...for the people..obviously :-D

Came for guidance building my first PC over a decade ago, stayed for the Motors forum. (<3 [TW]Fox )

Here for Acme's ridiculous car thread. Which should become a TV show on Discovery Turbo called "ACME: Chasing the perfect Toyota"

I came here for help with my first build last January, and I've come a long way since, I don't think I'd ever attempted watercooling if it wasn't for the Nvidia comp! GD is just amazing

Id like to see some kind of thumbs up option available where you can give someone thumbs up if they have been helful to you. You shoule be able to see next to their names how many thumbs up they have had. It would encourage people to be more helpful in the forums

Like so many others, I'm only here for the secret P0rn section, so much "content" in one easy to access place its awesome!

Tried to leave, woke one morning with a dismembered 286 on my pillow, then they promoted me.

It's simply a great, varied community. It also helps that us underbosses are paid a very large sum indeed. In Spanish doubloons, no less.

I've never see a single doubloon, I have however received IOU's written in the blood harvested from the case shredded fingers of the first overclockers.

The two forums I frequent are both for very similar reasons, this is the larger of the two and it has a good committee with experts in all fields.

I could ask almost any question and someone would have some experience in that area. GD can take some getting used to but its the general variety and lack of genuine ****-ish-ness
